Membership fee – Rs 1000
Joining fee – Rs 500 (Rs 0 joining fee till 10th April.)
Includes – Special Cover, 001 Bulletin, Folder.
If you want personalised stamp to the cover pls add Rs 100 or Rs 50 for a waterfall stamp on the cover. Can get without stamp too.
Maximum of 10 Special Covers per person.
Special Covers printed – 1000 (no reprints will occur).
